Let the amount payed by P for it be €x

Qcp = € 1.1 x

Rcp = € 1.25•1.1 x = € 1.375 x

x = € [ 250/1.375 ] = 181.818181......

Hence P paid € 181.818181......

Hope this helps ☝☝☝

C.P. of article = ×

S.P. for Q = ×(100+10)/100

S.P. for R = 110×/100(100+25)/100

=110×/100X125/100 =250

=1375×/1000=250

=1375×=250000

=×=250000/1375

=×=181.82ruppes
