Area of rhombus = 60 m^2

Perimeter of rhombus =40 m^2

Side of rhombus = 40\4 = 10 m^2

Altitude × base = area of rhombus

= 10 × x = 60 m^2

x = 60\10

= 6 m^2

Hence the altitude of the rhombus is 6 m^2.

Given that,

area = 60m {}^{2}

perimeter =40m

=> one side=  \frac{40}{4}  = 10m

also, area of a rhombus= base x height.

=> 60m {}^{2}  = 10  \times h

 =  > h =  \frac{60}{10}

=> h=6 m
