Solution :

Given p(x) = 6x² - 11x + 5

Let p(x) = 0

=> 6x² - 11x + 5 = 0

Splitting the middle term , we get

=> 6x² - 6x - 5x + 5 = 0

=> 6x( x - 1 ) - 5( x - 1 ) = 0

=> ( x - 1 )( 6x - 5 ) = 0

x -1 = 0 or 6x - 5 = 0

x = 1 or x = 5/6

Therefore ,

1 , 5/6 are two zeroes of given quadratic

polynomial p(x).
