Answer:

To find zeroes , P(x) = 0

(x-1)(x-2)(x-3)(x-4) = 0

x-1 = 0 ; x = 1

x-2 = 0 ;  x = 2

x-3 = 0 ;  x = 3

x-4 = 0 ;  x = 4

hence the zeroes are :- 1,2,3,4

TO FIND

the zeros of the polynomial

GIVEN

p(x)= (x+1)(x+2)(x+3)(x+4)

SOLUTION

to find the zeros of the polynomial we have to equate the equation p(x)=0

so,

p(x)=0

(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)(x+4)=0

hence,

x+1=0  ; x=1

x+2=0 ; x=2

x+3=0 ; x=3

x+4=0 ; x=4

here the zeros of x are x=1,2,3,4
