Solution:

Ten divisions = 2 A

=> 1 division = 2 / 10 = 0.2 A

So now the ammeter shows at the 18 th division.

So multiplying by 18, we get,

18 * 0.2 = 3.6 A

Hence at that point it would read 3.6 A.
