प्रहलाद जानी गुजरात के रहने वाले वे अद्भुत मनुष्य है जो अपने योगा ,और व्यायाम के बल पर साइंस को खुली चुनौती दे रहे हैं।
साईंस Kके अनुसार कोई बिना भोजन किये कोई वयक्ति 30 -40 दिनों से ज्यादा जीवन नही जी सकता ,

लेकिन प्रहलाद जानी तो 73 सालो से बिना भोजन पानी के जीवन जी रहे हैं और पूर्णतया सवस्थ है ।
