केन्द्रीय डोग्मा (central dogma) क्रिक के अनुसार आनुवांशिक सूचनाओं के एकदिशीय सम्प्रेषण को केन्द्रीय डोग्मा कहते हैं। अर्थात् प्रोटीन संश्लेषण के लिए आनुवांशिक संदेशों का संचरण केवल एक ही दिशा में ही होता है। यह सम्प्रेषण DNA → mRNA → प्रोटीन के अनुक्रम में होता है।
