the plant will die because the roots are left Behind in the soil which by which the water would and would be not able to be transferred transferred in the different parts of the plant so it will die

As Paheli has unrooted a rose plants leaving most of the root hairs behind in the soil, it is very unlikely that the plant will grow and survive. In all probability, the rose plant will die.

Explanation:

  • Plants make their food with the help of sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water. They draw the water and nutrients from the soil through their roots and root hairs.
  • The roots help in keeping the plants upright and aids them to get direct sunlight.
  • When a plant is uprooted without its roots and root hairs and replanted in a pot, it will not grow or survive as there is no means by which the plant can draw water and nutrients.
