Journal Entry When cash is paid :    Creditors A/C. Or Expenses A/C  Dr Rs.xxx   To Cash A/C.  (Being cash paid) In the cash book, On the credit side , write 'by creditors A/C or Expenses A/C ' with respective amount in the Cash column.
