Pakistani scholars are somehow not so recognised in field of research proposal writing . It is mainly as we dont have a huge setup of research and development centres as well of lack of exposure. To improve this situation, our scholars should involve in cross national researches, special workshops should be conducted for enhancing their skills for research proposal writing.
