Bullies are actually cowards. They are very insecure. They try to hide their insecurity by behaving arrogantly. Actually they try to disguise their pain and shortcomings with rough behaviour.  They bully the persons who are weaker than them in order to boost their egos. They get a sadistic pleasure by troubling others. They are unfulfilled so they try to overpower others and find fulfilment. They are cowards because they pick on weaker people, if they were tough they would have engaged themselves  with the strong ones.
