Success is happiness Yes, happiness is more important than success, because the point of being successful is to make you happy. People who are successful are often miserable, if success is not their definition of happiness. People should help others, first, but once that is done, they should focus on what makes them happy in life.

hope it helps u

The line in the query does not mean to lower down the status of academic excellence as a trait. Instead, it argues with fact that happiness is more essential than anything. Anyhow, I have created a paragraph on the same below.

Happiness is the central parameter on which any creature is dependent to achieve any goal and stay focused on the path of that aim. Many scholars do not want to pursue something other than sports or music as a career in their lives. They find happiness in their talents and want to process it to refine it further. Every student must not be pressurized in order to accept a career-path which may later cause issues in his/her life. S/he must be provided options and parents must believe their children's choice of the career. Moreover, I too want to become a choreographer in life and I am working for it with full dedication. But, unlike other parents, my family is supportive and helps me develop my talents. Because of this, I was hardly able to carry out my academics and attain bright marks. However, through my parents' intricate care, I came to understand that a happy mind can create wonders while a mind under pressure creates chaos. So, it can be stated that, for me, happiness is more important than my academic excellence.
