5th june is called the world environment day and is a very important day for us .Environment is the natural world and our surroundings where we live so we must ensure a clean environment because it is very helpful for us to live . Clean environment means clean air, clean oxygen which is our essential or basic need. we have to live on this world only so why to spoil it . Some measures we can take to protect our environment are :

• stop using diesel cars .though petrol is not very good to use but it burns somehow cleanser than diesel .
• stop cutting trees to obtain wood . trees are the main source of oxygen for us and without that it will be difficult for us to survive
• conserve water since it is our life and we cannot survive without it
• plant more and more trees .
