Answer:

Explanation:26th January which is the Republic Day of India, is a great national festival. India obtained freedom on 15th August 1947 but each had no constitution. On 26th January, 1950 India got its constitution in work. On the day all the government offices, buildings, school and colleges hoist our tri-colour national flag. After it is hoisted, we salute our national flag with respect. The day is observed all through the country. Patriotic songs are played and we remember our great heroes like Netaji, khudiram Bose, B.R. Ambedkar etc. In the schools also this day is observed. Sweets are distributed among children. Some clubs arrange a cultural function in this occasion. Patriotic songs and the songs of Nazrul or Rabindranath are sung. Thus a national festival is observed.
