In India, women are allowed to do only household chores. They were not allowed to vote, to go outside of the house. There were dowry and sati system in India.

In past women have a nice and great position in our society but later on men started to consider them only powerful.They told women to work inside the home only.

But later on some freedom Fighters,Social people,Religious leader made everyone to understand about women,the value of women.
