Today's weather as terrible as yesterday's one. Day by day, the temperature is increasing. A person cannot even think of going outside the house during day time. One can feel like lack of energy in body and no wish to do anything.
I have noticed that in comparison to last year, temperature is far more. Even in the evening time, you feel like you are in microwave. Till 7, a person cannot expect cold breeze. Hence, avoiding this, keep hydrated and has healthy food.
