Zoo is a place where birds and animals of different kinds and colours are kept. A visit to the zoo is always very interesting. It adds to our knowledge. Only yesterday, my friends and i went to see the zoo. It is housed in purana quila in new delhi. First of all we saw water-birds, dusks and cranes in a pond. On the side were apes and monkeys in different cages. The monkeys were jumping on the branches of the trees. In order cages lions, tigers, wolves, bears, foxes and zebras were kept.

Zoo is a place where we can have a glimpse of the entire range of wild animals of a jungle. It was a cold day of December dated 20th. I went zoo with my school friends. We planned of this visit quite early, almost a month ago. In the zoo, I had a really great experience with my friends, animals, birds and our guide. I was happy as well sad for the animals and birds present in the zoo. It was true that their proper care was taken by the zoo administration but still....they are living things, don't they have the right to enjoy freedom in the jungle? Anyways, we are the humans and definitely even worse than these animals. We saw a peacock there. Luckily, at that time it started raining. We need to find a shelter nearby so that our clothes does not get wet. We saw the marvelous dance performance by that beautiful bird. This was the most memorable view of my eyes. I would surely want to visit to a zoo again.
