Anup is my best though he us visually impaired.He lost his eye sight at the age of six due to sudden attack of melingitis .However, he has overcome his

disability by sheer determination and excelled in studies and stood first in his senior secondary exams of the district.

Now he is pursuing his degree course

and has decided to be an IAS.
