paraphrase the stanza
Good timber does not grow with ease,
The stronger wind, the stronger trees,
The further sky, the greater length,
The more the storm, the more the strength
By sun and cold, by rain and snow,
In trees and men good timbers grow.

Answer:

Good timber has to be grown with hardwork.

Like trees, the stronger the wind it grows strong . The higher the sky the more length it covers, Biggest of storms got the biggest of strength in it. By enduring sun, cold, snow a man's timber blooms just like a tree learning to shield itself with thick timber.
