1 Landless Rural Labourers: They would like to have more days of work and better wages; local schools to provide quality education to their children; there should not be any social discrimination so that they too can become leaders in the village.

2 Different people have different goals for development because their aspirations , desires , needs as well as their life situation differs from each other. it is also because of economical , social and cultural needs of every person changes accordingly.

3 1) People seek things that are most important for them. These things can fulfill their aspirations, desires or needs. 2) Certainly , different persons can have different development goals. For example , landless agricultural labourers may except more days of work and better wages.

4 Sanitation, security, per capita income etc are developmental goals for our locality.
