yes , but partner will share profit and losses equally and partner will not get a salary. interest on capital will not be payable. only partner get 6 percent pa interest on loan to the firm if they mutually agree.

No partnership is a result of an aggrement if some person join hands to run any charitable activity started it may not be called a partnership
