There is no image, but I assume this is the answer.
In whichever case there is liberation of CO2, the calcium hydroxide will turn milky due to the formation of calcium carbonate which is a precipitate.
Equation:-

CO2 + Ca(OH)2 —> CaCO3 + H2O
