The citizens of a democratic country elect a government because they have the right to
do so. This right is called the 'right to vote'. It is a usable right and should be used very
wisely and carefully. It is not only a precious right but also a moral duty. Every citizen
must notice that his vote goes to the right candidate. That candidate must be able,
honest, highly learned and devoted to the service of the country. If the voter knows the
needs of his area and has kept himself in touch with the problems of the country by
reading newspaper and listening to educated people and the radio, he will not make
mistake in casting his vote,
