pay a visit to your village and observe how actually agriculture/cropping is done . ask the farmers where do they get seeds from ? check whether those seeds are disease resistant / drought resistant / bio-technologically modified for better yield? understand how actually government is helping in crop production and management write a consoildated report on it .​

As I am from village , so in short l will tell you. First of all the farmer go in shop of seeds , then he take or says that show good quality of seed which will give us a large amount of seeds in small money.

Then he start to pour the seeds after somedays he gave manure to it. And when crop get start growing then he gave water and urea to it.

And when farmers go in loss then government give full loss money to farmers for there next crop.

• And that is how government help a farmers in production and management.
