peeled orange sinks because the water goes into the gapes of the fruit so it sinks whereas the orange fruit doesn't sink because there are no gapes in the orange where the water can rush through

Because in ORANGE their id Water quantities more then any Its peeled then it Float because water have Mass but when orange more then it then it float
