People break large rocks into smaller one to make roads. Can this be called weathering of rocks?

no, weathering of rocks occurs naturally, for example when two rocks collide with each other they break into smaller pieces and when any natural disaster like earthquake floods occurs then these rocks will naturally break these are the examples of weathering of rocks , while people those who are breaking belongs to man made thus it cant be taken as weathering.

weathering of rocks is a natural process in which large rocks break into smaller ones
but this is artificially done by us and thus can't be called as weathering of rocks
