People have sometimes similar notions for development and some have conflicting notions of development. For example- Industrialists use natural resources for increasing their employment and to provide work to labourers. Whereas for other common people it is the exploitation or depletion of natural resources. Therefore ,everyone have different notions.

=>this is because the condition are different for every person . for one something may be source of development while for other it may be loss of the chance of development .

【EXAMPLE】

● an industrial worker want to make a large dam so that his industry could grow but this may cause huge displacement of poor people .

so, in this case it is the development for the industrialist but not for poor people .
