People say that we can't stop a car when it's break is fail.BUT WHY CAN'T WE SLOW DOWN THE CAR AND BRING THE SPEED OF CAR TO ZERO????

because it's break which help in a lying down the speed of car were failed so how can we do so

your thinking is right , as you said we can easily bring the speed of car to 0 when we r unable to stop it..
but sir, as we know if we seriously stop a car then wht is the need of breaks there , we can easily stop it with breaks. yeah.
it is impossible to stop a car with decreasing speed and so on . we can stop our car by hand break bt we don't do it by slowing the speed..
