the persons who do yoga they practice in the early morning and in the evening . that time they don't eat food for a long that means there is nothing in the stomach so digestive juice will also not release
if anyone has done yoga after eating food so the food will come out by wind pipe

The recommended time to perform yoga is either early morning when the stomach is empty or the evening time.

When yoga is performed on an empty stomach, which also means no digestive juices, the stomach doesn't perform any peristalsis movement hence no vomiting.

Even people with good digestion should avoid eating before yoga.
