Hey !!

The oxidation state of Cl in perchloric acid is +7 while that of S in sulphuric acid is +6. Greater the oxidation state of central atom, more readily the O ---- H bond breaks and hence stronger is the acid.

Good luck !!

The oxidation state of the Cl in Perchloric acid (HOClO3) is +7 whereas that of S in Sulphuric acid(H2SO4) is +6.

Greater the oxidation state of the central atom, more readily is the cleavage of th O-H bond and hence stronger the acid.

Hope it helps!
