Hey mate here's your answer

In kerosene lamp yellow flame is produced due to partial combustion of kerosene. Partial combustion is due to lack of oxygen for burning. But in wick - stove kerosene burns with blue flame. Because in kerosene wick stove a perforated cylinder is placed around the burning wicks. Through these holes air is supplied continuously hence the kerosene oil vapour burns completely and produces blue flame.
