Answer:

Perimeter of a rectangle =2(length+breath)

Given, perimeter =60cm

Length =(k+4)cm

Breath =(3k−2)cm

Perimeter =2(l+b)

∴60=2(k+4+3k−2)

=>30=4k+2

=>4k=28

=>k=7
