perimeter of a rectangle and square is same and rectangular fields is 60 . which fields has the greater area by how much

if perimeter of the square is 60 , then each of its side must be 60/4 = 15. area of the square will be 225. where as perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)=60...l+b= 30 so the area of the square shall always be great and it will be by |(s-l)*(s-b)|....where l,b are sides of the rectangle and s is the side of the square. the value can be variable.
