Answer:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 230 cm

2( l+ b ) = 230

2(70 +b ) = 230

140+2b= 230

2b = 230-140

2b= 90

b = 90/2

b = 45 cm

Area of a rectangle = l ×b

= 70×45

=3150 cm ²

PERIMETER OF A RECTANGLE

=2(Length+Breadth)

230=2(70+b)

230=140+2b

2b=230-140

2b=90

b=45cm

AREA OF A RECTANGLE

=(Length×Breadth)

=(70×45)

=3150cm^2

.°. The breadth of the rectangle is 45cm and it's area is 3150cm^2
