Perimeter of rectangle = 2( length + breadth )
860= 2(x+4+x)
430= 2x+4
2x= 430-4
2x=426
x= 426/2
x=213
breadth= 213
leangth= 213+4
=217
860= 2(x+4+x)

2x= 430-4
2x=426
x= 426/2
x=213
breadth= 213
leangth= 213+4
=217
