Length = 7x-2y

breadth =  7(x+y)

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

perimeter = 2 ( 7x-2y  + 7(x+y))

perimeter = 2 ( 7x-2y + 7x + 7y )

perimeter = 2 (7x + 7x - 2y + 7y)

perimeter = 2 (14x + 5y)

perimeter = 28x + 10y

hope it helps !!
