perimeter=100 m
we know that the sides of the diagonal are equal
therefore
each side
=100/4
=25 m

the other diagonal
=√25²-20²*2
=√625-400*2
=√225*2
=15*2

therefore area =1/2*30*40
=15*40
=600 m²(answer)
