perimeter=4s
52=4s
s=52/4=13cm. 
as diagonal divides rhombus into 2 triangles, we will use Heron's formula
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
s=(a+b+c)/2
a=side1,b=side2, c=side3
s=(13+13+24)/2
  =50/2
 =25
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
√25(25-24)(25-13)(25-13)
=√25*1*12*12
=√5²*12²
=5*12
=60
as 2 triangles are formed,
area of rhombus= 2*60
                          =120 sq. cm
