Perimeter of a triangle is 84 cm and area is 336 cm ^2 and if one of the sides of the triangle is 30 cm , find the length of the other two sides of the triangle.

please NOTE: Ans: as shared in the text book is 5 cm and 7 cm. please help with the solution steps. ​
