Let the side be a.

a + a + a = 60

3a = 60

a = 60/ 3

a = 20 m

$= \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} {a}^{2}$


$= \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times {(20)}^{2}$


$= \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times 400$


$= \sqrt{ 3} \times 100$


$= 100 \sqrt{3} \: {m}^{2}$


Option (d) is correct.
