Perimeter = 2(a+b) a+b= sum of sides
LET a parallelogram having side 5cm and 6cm each
perimeter= 2(5+6)
= 2(11)= 22cm

ANSWER:

the perimeter of parallelogram is =2(length +breath)

it is same as rectangle because it is also called slant rectangle


example:

find the perimeter of rectangle whose length is 10cm and breath is  5 cm?

solution: perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

2(l+b)

2(10+5)

2(15)

30 cm (don''t forget to put units )
