The diagonal will make a right-angled triangle with length and breadth.

So,

Breadth = √(diagonal)²-(length)²

Breadth = √(5)²-(3) = √(25-9) = √16 =4

Perimeter

= 2(l+b)

= 2(3+4)

= 2(7) = 14cm

Answer:

to find breadth

√d²-l²

√5²-3²

√25-9

√16

4cm

hence,perimeter= 2(4+3)

2(7)=14cm
