perimeter of rectangle =l×b
and perimeter=64 cm.
64 cm = l × b
= 17cm×b
breadth = 64 /17 = 3.76470

danielaneeshjoy: Perimeter of rectangle is 2 (l+b) not l×b
crystaldesuza: sorry
HimanshiBansal1: This is wrong

Heya friends
Length of rectangle = 17 cm
Given, perimeter of rectangle = 64 cm

Let, the breadth be b.
Then,

Perimeter of rectangle = 64 cm
2*(l +b) = 64
2*(17+b)= 64
17+b = 64/2
17+b= 32
b= 32-17
b= 15 cm
Hence, the breadth of the given rectangle is 15 cm.
