4a = 60
a = 60/4 = 15 cm
So, Side = 15 cm
We know,
Pythagorean Theorem,
H² = B² + P²
(AB)² = (OA)² + (OB)²
(15)² = (OA)² + (12)²
225 = (OA)² + 144
225 - 144 = (OA)²
81 = (OA)²
9 = OA
Then AC = 2 x 9 = 18 cm
Now, Area = 1/2 * product of its diagonals
= 1/2 * 24 * 18
= 216 cm²
