12 m + 16 m + sum of parallel sides = 72m

28 m + sum of parallel sides = 72 m

sum of parallel sides = 72 m- 28 m

= 44 m

Area of trapezium = ½ x sum of parallel sides x height

= ½ x 44 x 16

= 352 m²
