First calculate the hypotenuse by the formula :-
 {h}^{2}  =  {p}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}
Then you are provided with all the three sides. See the figure above :-
Then add all the sides of the triangle to get its perimeter.
 = 2h + 2b \\  = 2( h+ b)
