Since the ratio of the corresponding sides of similar triangle is in the same ratio of their Perimeters.
Therefore,
∆ABC similar to ∆PQR => AB/PQ = BC/QR = AC/PR = Perimeter of ∆ABC/Perimeter of ∆PQR = 60/36 = 5/3
=> AB/PQ = 5/3
=> AB/9 = 5/3
=> AB = 9×5/3 = 3×5 = 15 cm
Hence,
Length of AB = 15 cm
