Understanding :
1) Time Period of cos (x) is 2π
Therefore, TP of cos (ax) is 2π/|a|.
2) Sum of infinite GP .

 \cos(x +  \frac{x}{3} +  \frac{x}{ {3}^{2}  }   +  \frac{x}{ {3}^{3} }  + ..... +  \infty )  \\  =  >  \cos(x(1 +  \frac{1}{3} +  \frac{1}{ {3}^{2} } + ... \infty   ) ) \\  =  >  \cos(x( \frac{1}{1 -  \frac{1}{3} } )   \\  =  >  \cos( \frac{3x}{2} )

Time period of cos (3x/2) is 2π/(3/2) = 4π/3 .
