Dear Sir,
                         
                               Sub: Leave of absence for casting my vote.

I would request you to allow me leave of absence for a day on 25th of November, 2016 to enable me to cast my vote in the forthcoming by election in the constituency where my name is included as a registered voter. For ready reference, I'm attaching herewith a xerox copy of my Elector's Photo Identity Card.
I am a teacher in the local DAV School. Kindly issue suitable instruction to the school authorities in this regard.
