I assume your a Teacher by the way you explain your reason in asking permission to leave absent at work.. Try this sample here. Date: To the Office of the Principal, Subject: Letter Requesting for a One Day Leave Dear Mr. Principal I , (name)_________________one of your faculty member, would like to make a request from your office to allow me to have a one day leave. I would like to use this time to be able to use this free time for me to finished doing all the exams assigned on my different subject loads. Due to the huge amount of subject loads I have, I may not be able to finished these all in a span of time without giving a one day to do so. I will just used my leave credits in exchange for these request if this will not be granted. I do want to perform my duties well that`s why I do want to concentrate fully. hoping for your feedback with regards to my concern. Thank you and regards Your Faculty member, Name.
